Introduction

Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment Corporation was established on 22/03/2011. Charter capital was 4,200 billion VND. 

Dai Quang Minh's activities focus on five main areas: housing investment and development, investment in commerce and services, investment and development of industrial parks, investment and development of transportation infrastructure and social facilities, tourism and accommodation services.

Currently, Dai Quang Minh is investing in major transport infrastructure in Thu Thiem New Urban Area. These are significant works of Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to the economic, cultural, and social development of Thu Thiem in particular, and the city in general. The key projects include: 

  • 4 main roads in Thu Thiem New Urban
  • This is the most important technical infrastructure project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area which connects the functional areas of Thu Thiem New Urban. The entire project is 11.9km long, including 8 bridges and 2 viaducts.
  • Central Square and Riverside Park
  • The project is situated on an area of 44.04 ha, in which 20.17 ha is planned for Central Square, the largest public space in Vietnam.
  • Thu Thiem 2 Bridge
  • A cable-stayed bridge with total length of 1,465 m and the main tower of 113 high. The bridge directly connects four main roads in Thu Thiem to the city center, contributing to the City's main traffic network.
  • Southern Delta Project (Ecological Park)
  • A 150.25 ha-typical ecological wetland site in the heart of the urban area, including: an ecological forest, a 6-star eco-resort, an amusement park, and a research institute.

In the field of real estate investment, Dai Quang Minh has been investing in urban development in HCMC, Quang Nam, Ben Tre, and Dalat.
